Last night, after the thinset got a bit drier, we were able to put down some Masonite and particleboard over the thinset, and get back and forth to the downstairs bathroom. Things have changed for today, though.
Fresh tile, as in "don't put Masonite over top of me and walk on me tonight." tile. Sometime tomorrow we should be able to put plywood over this, but in the meantime...
Simone is sufficiently gymnastic to get from the top set of stairs to the bottom set without using the landing. For me, I don't want to chance it, so...

It's not as tricky to get back up the stairs all on the inside.
The current state of the laundry cabinets. It doesn't look like much, but these are fixed to the wall and ready for the plumber tomorrow. Hopefully laundry this weekend without a trip to Laundry Land. There are more cabinets put together, but these are the important ones vis a vis getting laundry working.
The storm window has been taken off the window that looks from my office into the kitchen.
This should be a good sunny ledge for a kitty around noon-ish.

Drywall repair in the bedroom. The brick and the wall beside it are not parallel to each other, so there used to be a large and uneven space between the brick and the wall. The drywall was brought out further to cover the whole gap...
...and then a reveal was put between the drywall and the brick on the other face of the wall.
