Mostly Not The House

We stopped by the house briefly today to pick up a few things.  It appears the second coat went on the floors, but it's had to tell 100%.

Then we went to the Mer Bleue Conservation Area to take in the fall colours and unseasonably warm weather.  Mer Bleue is a large peat bog, flanked on both sides by hardwood forests.

Here are some pictures, special for our Swiss reader.  We may not have the Alps, but Mother Nature can still put on a half-decent show this time of year.  The colours did not disappoint, though as always, the pictures include some artistic interpretation on my part.
