There was an outside chance that drywall would start last week, either on Friday or Saturday. That was not to be, nor did drywall start today (Monday). Andrew did leave us a note to let us know that "for sure", drywall should get rolling tomorrow.
Gerald is back from holidays. We didn't see him today, nor were there any phone calls...but he left his kettle here, so he was by sometime today. No doubt we'll get caught up him tomorrow morning.
Also tomorrow morning, we meet with the Tile Guy, and review our tile choices before he estimates quantities and places an order.
Jane made strawberry rhubarb scones in the toaster oven last night, and they were very yummy. The housecamping baking program is coming along.
Andrew spent some more time today working on the hallway between the old house and the new master bedroom. Because of the sag in the old house, it was difficult to perfectly match the floor levels between the old and new parts. Things are much improved, and hopefully the flooring can be laid on top of what we have now.
