Last night, we were sitting in the living room, when we heard a hiss about 2 seconds long, and then it stopped. After searching the house, we determined that there was a puddle of water on the laundry room floor, and it had run out of one of the cabinets where the drain is. No further water came out, and to date there is no explanation for why the water had leaked (other than it was Saturday night).
Today, it was Ikea to do some returns and get some extra organizers for the kitchen drawers. Then off to Olympia Tile to look for tile for the basement shower. We got some good stuff picked out to show our tile guy. Lastly, a bit of food shopping, and then time to go home.
Other than that, we had a "cooking day", where we were able to devote a good chunk of the afternoon to making food.

We had company over for dinner tonight...some friends of ours who are also doing a renovation. Back when we were without a kitchen, they would have us over for dinner. Now that they are without a kitchen, it is nice to be able to repay the favour.
Jane made 3 pans of lasagna. Lots of crunchy bits!
