I was pretty sure this house would be torn down, because the real estate listing when the place sold had no description whatsoever of the interior of the house, except for the basic room dimensions.  No pictures, no real-estate agent euphemisms, no nuttin’.

The building permit says this will be rebuilt as a three-storey semi-detached.
